29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) J Framing, LLC at 16234 Pikes Peak Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before 7/7/18 the creating, correcting and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that nails, debris and electrical cords were not cleaned up. This condition exposed employees to puncture hazards as well as slip, trip and fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) J Framing, LLC at 16234 Pikes Peak Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before 7/7/18 the creating, correcting and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees sheathing the second story floor of a single family home were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a 20 foot fall hazard to the exposed concrete basement floor and a 10 foot fall hazard to the dirt ground on the outside of the house.

29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) J Framing, LLC at 16234 Pikes Peak Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before 7/7/18 the correcting and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that exposed rebar in the garage area was not capped or covered. More than ten pieces of exposed rebar existed in the area where employees work. This condition exposed employees to puncture hazards.
