29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer than 3 ft. from energized insulated power lines for voltages less than 300 VAC. On or about July 09, 2018, employees were performing plastering work on a supported scaffold where an insulated electrical power line was run through and touching the scaffold metal frame. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
