29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied:   On or about July 6, 2018, employees were observed working from a wood platform mounted to a forklift truck and elevated to a height of approximately 8 feet.  The platform was not secured to the lifting carriage and/or forks of the forklift truck.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
