29 CFR 1910.213(b)(1): A mechanical or electrical power control shall be provided on each machine to make it possible for the operator to cut off the power from each machine without leaving his position at the point of operation. At the site located at 9193 State Hwy 76, Exeter, Missouri: Employees did not have access to the power panel for the barn sweep conveyor. In order to reach the emergency stop, the employee must walk around one set of stairs and up 4 steps to access the panel.
