29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: On or about July 10, 2018, a worker performing siding work on a new-construction residential home at Site 244 Tyndale Ln. Medina, OH, 44256 was not wearing a personal fall arrest system while working from a ladder-jack scaffold at a height of approximately 18 feet.
