29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use a. On or about July 10, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that a copy of the SDS of welding rods and wire, including but were not limited to, Lincoln Electric E6013 and 7018MR were readily available for employees to review and evaluate the hazard presented by airborne fumes produced during welding operations.
