Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being crushed by an elevated mobile home: a) At the shipping yard on or about June 29, 2018, and prior thereto, employees working under loads supported by Air Bottle Jacks, Model 18204C, the employer failed to ensure that the 3 trailer tiers stacked on top of each other used was of sufficient strength to support the weight of the mobile home in case of hydraulic jack failure.
