29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about July 11, 2018, at 6820 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA, employees worked from a JLG aerial lift (S/N 7608R) without wearing a safety harness and lanyard attached to the basket. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing sign.
