29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): The side rails of portable ladders used for access did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface, or was secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect and along with a grasping devise to assist employees mounting and dismounting the ladder: a) 2630 Drake Lane: On or about July 11, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while accessing and egressing from a 6:12 pitch roof, with a fall height of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.
