29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Facility, 100 Serell Drive, Blairsville, PA: On or about July 11, 2018 the employer had not developed, documented and utilized an energy control procedure for the Bystronics BySprint Fiber laser cutter. Employees enter the machine to perform cleaning and no energy control procedure is in place for employees to follow when performing this task.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Facility, Shipping Area, 100 Serell Drive, Blairsville, PA: On or about July 11, 2018 a large box of Styrofoam was blocking the stairs that led to the exit located in the shipping area thereby not being kept free and unobstructed.
