29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). Location: 224 E. Passaic Ave., Nutley, NJ. a) Employees were observed working on a roof with no fall protection system in place. The employees were exposed to a potential fall hazard of approximately 20ft to the ground below; on or about 6/29/18. b) Employees were observed working on an unprotected edge while handling/receiving wood studs. The employee was exposed to a potential fall hazard of approximately 12ft to the ground below; on or about 6/29/18.
