29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about July 12, 2018, employees engaged in commercial framing operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without using any form of fall protection. Cowboy Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263642, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/14/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3500 Joe Battle Blvd, El Paso TX 79936.
