29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: At the job site located at 10714 W. 64th St. in Shawnee KS, employees engaged in cutting tile with the use of a Dewalt D24000 Wet Tile Saw on a stand (SN-148186) were exposed to struck-by hazards in that, eye protection was not in use while cutting tile or standing next to the tile cutter.
