29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket while working from an aerial lift:  At the job site, 11825 S. Fellows St. Olathe Kansas, employee engaged in framing activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet from the 14762 Sky Power Jib Lift to the ground below in that fall protection was not being used while working on the basket of the articulating boom. The employee was not wearing a harness and lanyard for fall protection.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
