29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On July 12, 2018, located inside a parking lot, an employee was inside an elevated Altec articulating telescopic aerial lift basket performing repair work on a sign wearing his harness without the lanyard attached to the boom or basket.
