29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) East side of roof - On or about July 12, 2018 an employee was working the company owner on the roof applying plywood sheeting 27 feet high with no fall protection system. US Costa SUl Co was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133008, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 419 North Beach Blvd. Waveland, MS. 39576.
