29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) Richland Co. & Associates, Inc. on or about July 11, 2018, at the address of 100 Tiger Trail, Liberty Center, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing roofing activities atop a low sloped commercial structure. Employees installing new roofing material to the structure were exposed to a 26 ft. fall to the ground below.
