29 CFR 1926.760(c)(3): The boundaries of a Controlled Decking Zone (CDZ) were not designaeed and clearly marked. The CDZ was not marked by the use of control lines or the equivalent: On or about July 12, 2018, during steel erection activities, the employer did not ensure the boundaries of a controlled decking zine were designated and marked. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15.3 to 15.6 feet.
