On or about July 11, 2018 at 205 River Place Drive, Augusta, Georgia, Building #7, an employee installing siding climbed outside of the protective enclosure of the basket onto a leading edge was exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. On or about July 11, 2018 at 205 River Place Drive, Augusta, Georgia, Building #7 an employee working outside of the basket of an aerial lift exposed to a fall hazard approximately 30 feet above the lower level was not trained to recognize the hazards associated with working outside the basket of an aerial lift.
