Employees performed operations including but not limited to providing water to hydraulic fracturing sites and maintenance of equipment used for such operations. The employer did not have in the workplace copies of safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in their work area, including but not limited to the following: 1. Hydraulic fluid; 2. Motor oil.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The employer did not ensure that employee training included details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (a) Elevate Energy Services LLC, at 1 Industrial Park, Johnstown, CO: On and preceding 7/10/18, the employer did not ensure that employee training included details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information. Employees performed operations including but not limited to providing water to hydraulic fracturing sites and maintenance of equipment used for such operations. Employees used hydraulic fluid and motor oil to maintain equipment. The employer did not provide HazCom training with regards to details of the employer's HazCom program, nor how employees may obtain a Safety Data Sheet. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
