29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:      At the time of the inspection, employees were required to wear 1/2 mask cartridge negative pressure respirators while spraying and cleaning parts in the paint booth. The written program was lacking specific workplace procedures. The following elements were not implemented; medical surveillance, fit-testing, training, and exposure assessment.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
