Hazards-Operations/Condition-Accident: The employer is failing to protect employees from an amputation hazards due to potential contact with the belt and transitional plates that span between sections.    This was most recently observed on July 11, 2018 at 1055 West Highway 34 Aurora, NE 68818 at the Mars Petcare facility.  Specifically this failure was noted as occurring on Line 4 conveyor line, and where Teflon tape had been installed in a known problem area.    The employer is failing to protect employees from an amputation hazards due to potential contact with the conveyor roller and transition plate that forms a nip point hazard.
