29 CFR 1926.352(d): Suitable fire extinguishing equipment was not immediately available in the work area(s) where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed: For the employees heating PVC pipe with a MAP Gas torch on or about July 11, 2018 and times prior there to, the employer did not have a fire extinguisher immediately available for employees operating the MAP Gas torch to heat the PVC pipe located between the wood stud framed walls.
