29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) O'Reilly Auto Parts at 1417 Main St. Longmont, CO 80501: On or before 7/10/2018 the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguishers were inspected annually. The inspection tags were more than one year old. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards due to potentially unserviceable fire extinguishers.
