29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: On or about July 11, 2018, at an apartment complex construction site located at 501 S. Ramsey, Stillwater, OK 74074, an employee was observed improperly wearing a harness while working in the basket of an aerial lift, exposing the employee to the hazard of falls.
