On or about July 12th, 2018, at the jobsite located at 10449 NW 82nd Street, Highland Building #4, Doral FL 33178, an employee performing wall brick facing was exposed to chemical burns while applying GTS Sanded Thin-Set Mortar (Portland Cement 15-40%, and pH: 10-12.5), without the use of hand protection.
