29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about July 5, 2018 at the worksite located at 3400 Northlake Parkway in Tucker, Georgia: a) Employee preforming concrete cutting operations was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11.5 feet when the employer failed to ensure that the employee had a body belt and lanyard attached to the boom of the aerial lift. b) Employee moving an aerial lift along the parking lot area to the machine storage area, was exposed t fall hazards of approximately 6.5 feet when the employer failed to ensure that the employee was utilizing a body belt and lanyard while inside the aerial lift.
