Employees performing framing activities at the residential construction site were exposed to a fall of approximately 24.2 feet from the eave to ground below in that two employees were working in the back of the house with out using fall protection.

Framers were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 16.4 feet to the ground below. Employees were using a ladder that extended .6 feet above the upper landing surface.
