29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  Employees were exposed to struck by hazards.  Employees were exposed to eye injury in that framers at residential construction site were operating pneumatic nail guns and circular saws and were not using eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  Employees performing framing activities at the residential construction site were exposed to a fall of approximately 24.2 feet from the eave to ground below in that two employees were working in the back of the house with out using fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(c): When employees were exposed to falling objects the employer did not require employees to wear hard hats and did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section:  Employees were exposed to struck by hazards.  An employee was exposed to head injury while passing framing materials to an employee on the roof of the structure.  The ground employee was not wearing a hard hat.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  Framers were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 16.4 feet to the ground below.  Employees were using a ladder that extended .6 feet above the upper landing surface.
