29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part:  Employees were exposed to hazards including but not limited to falls from heights greater than 6 feet and eye injury in that the employer had not initiated and maintained safety and health programs to aid employees understand and minimize hazards associate with residential construction.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  Employees were exposed to eye injury in that the employee performing stucco work were using a pneumatic nail gun and were not using eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   AMIS Plastering, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1257282, citation number 1 item number 10 and was affirmed as a final order on May 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 16392 W 159th Terrace Olathe, KS 66062.  Employees exposed to fall hazard of approximately  11.8 ft from the working level to the ground below. Employees were performing stucco work and were not using fall protection.
