One employee was engaged in framing activities approximately 11' above the ground level without the use of fall protection. The employee was not using a personal fall arrest system, and no other means of fall protection was utilized.  This condition exposed this employee to fall hazards from height.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii):  a)  Rejim Construction located at 17928 54th Ave. Denver, CO 80249:  On and preceding July 14, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in exterior framing at heights above 6' on a two story residential home were properly trained in the use of fall protection. One worker was framing in trim above a garage space on a two story single family home without the use of fall protection.  The employer stated that the framers were not trained how to use the personal fall arrest system.  This exposed employees to falls from height.
