29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about July 11, 2018, for employees exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 10 feet while installing roofing materials without any means of fall protection on a 6:12 pitch roof at or near Vicinity of Oak Ridge Loop 32 Avenue East & Sixth Street East lot 34 in Fargo, North Dakota.
