29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection. a-Pump Jack Scaffold: An employee engaged in siding work activities from a pump jack scaffold was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 07/12/2018 G.A.C. Metal LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(G)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1317005, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 05/29/2018 with respect to a work place located at 26 Grand Ave, Newark, NJ 07106.
