29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(v): "Storage in inside storage rooms." In every inside storage room there shall be maintained one clear aisle at least 3 feet wide. Containers over 30 gallons capacity shall not be stacked one upon the other. Dispensing shall be by approved pump or self-closing faucet only.    At the site located at 4400 W. Production St, Springfield, Missouri:  In the paint storage room, a clear area of at least 3 feet was not maintained.  There was trash and clutter strewn about the room.  Chemicals stored in the room include but are not limited to Cromax 2503S and Nason urethane primer.

29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.    At the worksite located at 4400 West Production Street, Springfield, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to potentially injurious light radiation while working alongside an employee welding a frame for a vehicle.
