1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Employees were exposed to finger and hand crushing hazards created by the in-running nip point of the feed rolls to the sheet washer, on or about, July 17, 2018. b) Employees were exposed to finger and hand crushing hazards created by the vertical opening and closing of the laminating rolls at the end of the oven line, on or about, July 17, 2018. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
