29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: 1) On July 17, 2018, and at prior times, the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for chemicals used in the workplace. An employee in maintenance worked with compressed oxygen, an oxidizer; compressed nitrogen, an asphyxiant; Corrosion Technologies Xhaust & Soot Remover which contains 2-Butoxyethanol, a severe skin irritant; LPS Laboratories LPS 1, a lubricant which contains petroleum distillates, a flammable; and LPS Laboratories LPS Electro 140, a cleaner which contains naphtha, a flammable.
