29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l): a) On or about July 16, 2018 and at times prior thereto Tri State Roofing, Inc. provided a JLG Skytrak 6042 telescoping boom forklift to its subcontractor and did not ensure the subcontractors forklift operator was trained and certified to operate the forklift. NOTE-Abatement certification is required for this item.
