29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Micro Center Shopping Plaza Suite 260, Roof: On or about 07/18/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11-feet, 1-inch from the lower level, in that employees painting from a 6/12 pitched roof were not provided with a fall protection system while engaged in painting activities.
