29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- Residential Roof: Employees while engaged in roofing activities on a flat porch overhang were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 07/13/2018 Role Models of Construction LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1231184, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 08/02/2017 with respect to a work place located at 136 Bucknell Ave, Woodbridge NJ 07093.
