29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about July 16, 2018 at the worksite located at 3750 Cresswind Parkway in Gainesville Georgia:  a) An employee working on a new residential structure was exposed to head injuries when the employer failed to ensure that he was utilizing a protective helmet when the employee was receiving and guiding roof trusses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about July 16, 2018 at the worksite located at  3750 Cresswind Parkway in Gainesville, Georgia:  a) Employee preforming framing tasks on a new residential structure was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19.7 feet when the employer failed to ensure that the employee was attached to a proper anchor point.  Jesus Lorenzo-Jimeniz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1168037, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 3964 Sweet Magnolia Drive in Gainesville, Georgia.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about July 16, 2018 at the worksite located at 3750 Cresswind Parkway in Gainesville, Georgia:  a) Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19.7 feet when the employer failed to ensure that each employee was properly trained in fall protection measures.  Jesus Lorenzo-Jimeniz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1168037, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 3964 Sweet Magnolia Drive in Gainesville, Georgia.
