29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: In the workshop at 123 N River St in Cheyenne, KS, employees were exposed to hazards of contact with toxic, caustic or noxious substances, as well as contact with flammable & combustible liquids and other fire hazards in that each bottle in the work area was not labeled as specified by standard.
