29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing leading edge work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 149 Shiloh Road, Building B, Billings, MT.: On or about July 16, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing decking on a building with a fall height of approximately 25 feet to the ground below.
