29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At the new Cumberland Farms Store location on Route 20, Guilderland, on July 18, an employee was approximately 20 feet up in an articulating aerial lift working with no fall protection being worn, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
