OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.     a) Maintenance shop: On July 17th, 2018 and at times prior thereto employees operated the Caterpillar 627G Wheel -tractor scraper without a seatbelt in place. As per the operators manual seatbelt are to be worn at all times to prevent serious injury and or death in the event of an accident or vehicle rollover.
