This exposed employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards. (b) Ron Grob Company located at 8466 East Hwy 34, Loveland, CO 80539: On and preceding 18 July, 2018, the employer did not ensure that one or more methods of machine guarding was provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area of two Fadal VMC 4020 milling machines from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. The Fadal milling machines were enclosed with sliding doors that allowed the operator to access the running machine due to the doors not being interlocked. This exposed employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards
