Employees were exposed to entanglement hazards when working in areas where coils of metal wire are unwound during the manufacturing process.       (b) In the wire draw area, the employer did not ensure moving components on the Lewis Machine cutting machine were guarded. Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards when operating this machine.      (c) In the extruding area, on press 1 and press 2, the employer did not ensure in running nip points on the various conveyor mechanisms were guarded. Employees were exposed to entanglement hazards when working on these machines.       (d) In the aluminum extruding area, there were multiple in running nip points on the aluminum extruder machine that were not guarded, exposing employees to entanglement hazards.
