Tubac Drive, Meridian, ID 83642: On or about May 16, 2018, and at times prior thereto, as the Controlling and Correction authority, Franklin Building Supply did not maintain a safety program to identify and/or correct subcontractor fall hazards; subcontracted employees involved in framing activities on an 8 in 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards from varied heights between 20-33 feet and not utilizing any means of fall protection. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
