The employer did not ensure that employees were protected with eye and face protection, on or about 7/18/18. New World Home Construction, Inc.. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204445, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/02/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 61 Central Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Exterior Rear of Two Story Frame Home: Employees engaged in residential framing were exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet and 18 feet above the ground surface without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that affected employees were provided with a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 7/18/18. New World Home Construction, Inc.. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204445, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/02/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 61 Central Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604.
