29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: A) 5 Jesse Way Piscataway, NJ 08854 Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 27 feet while engaged in roof replacement work on the roof of a structure without a means of fall protection in place. Occurred on or about 07/19/18 Rivera Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270012, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/10/18, with respect to a workplace located at 195 Polifly Rd Hackensack, NJ 07601. Rivera Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1288600, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/31/18, with respect to a workplace located at Portland Ave Clifton, NJ 07011.
