29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a)  On July 18, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 16.5 feet while performing framingcarpentry work.  b)  On July 18, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 11 feet from floor opening leading into the basement from the first floor.  Tomasz Kolacz dba ABC Construction Professionals Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1071473, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 2, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 913 N. Wheaton Ave., Wheaton, IL 60187.
