29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) 266 Horton St, Wilkes-Barre, PA: On or about July 17, 2018, the employer failed to instruct employees in the recognition and avoidance of hazards commonly seen in the residential construction industry including but not limited to ladders, fall protection, and overhead hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
